Located moments from Luton Central Station, this scheme was a key piece of regeneration in an evolving commuter belt town outside London. Originally within the Luton Council masterplan for 63 homes, our architects strategically designed a scheme to maximise this 1.4 acre site to deliver 169 homes to local residents.
